Our Story…

Our story is one of friendship, partnership, and a love that has grown stronger with each passing year. From our first meeting in the dorms at the University of Michigan to the life we've built together, every experience has shaped the journey that brought us here.

Along the way, we've shared adventures both big and small. We’ve navigated cross-country moves to Wisconsin and Arizona, explored new landscapes, and ultimately made our way back to Michigan. Over the years, our family has slowly grown four paws at a time, first we adopted our beautiful dog, Stella, and later convinced a handsome stray kitty, Toto, that we were cool enough people to live with (through bribery of course).

We've found joy in everyday moments, and learned that home is not just a place. Sometimes home is leaning on each other through a tough season, and sometimes it is laughing until our stomachs hurt. Through every season of life, we've learned to be grateful to have each other by our side.

Now, with the people we love most, we're excited to celebrate our story and let it continue to unfold.

Fu-Jiang marks the legendary fusion of two people, a Dragon Ball Z reference dreamt up on our train ride through the European countryside.
